Optyx Shipping Policy


On any orders over $90.00, the cost of post and packaging in the NY is free using UPS delivery 4-5 days tracked. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), and orders for non-customized or non-prescription items will be dispatched within 2 working days of your order date. 

Please be aware that prescription glasses usually take 5-7 working days to complete. The delivery times are subject to availability, payment authorization verification and processing. Your order will be sent out via UPS delivery, a signature will be required on receipt for international and domestic tracked deliveries and if you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, the postman should leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up or how to arrange re-delivery.


You can return any undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. All prescription eyewear is non-returnable and refunds are not able to be offered, these items are bespoke products. The refund will not include the cost of return postage. The items must be in a resalable condition when we receive them. Please take care when opening product packaging/boxes, we may not be able to accept returns where the packaging has been damaged beyond what is deemed “reasonable care”.

We recommend returning the item to us using a service that is tracked and requires a signature on delivery. All goods must be returned to us in a resalable condition. Please note that for goods paid for by debit/credit card, we can only make a refund to the card used to make the original transaction.


We must be notified within 24 hours if any product arrives damaged. We must receive the item back to investigate before a refund or replacement can be organized. E-mail (customerservice@optyx.com) or phone (1-877-462-6945) and we will arrange this. A returns label will be provided to return the item to us.

Any damage that becomes evident 14 days or more after delivery, any wear and tear or mistreatment of the item by the customer, is not the responsibility of Optyx and we are not responsible for any claims. All frames are guaranteed for one year by a manufacturer’s warranty, however the guarantee does not cover wear and tear or mistreatment. Scratches on the lenses are not covered under any warranty.
