Retail Stores

If you purchased your eyewear at a OPTYX retail store, bring them back to the same location where you bought them. Do try your best to ensure they’re in their original condition and undamaged. Bring your receipt and an associate will guide you through the return process. As most eyewears are custom made, they will have to be assessed.

OPTYX does not offer refunds. However, we will try our best to resolve your issue and offer exchanges or store credit.


Online Store

We have a 14-day, return or exchange policy for our eyewear, contacts and accessories. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt. This same policy applies to any contact lenses in the original, unopened box—and we’ll also accept returns or exchanges for any contact lenses that are defective or arrive damaged within 14 days of receipt.

Due to the nature of prescription lenses, there may be a return processing fee if a full refund is requested.

Additionally, we have a one-year, defective free guarantee for our lenses. We’ll replace your lenses for free within that timeline.
