I dropped in without an appointment on a Friday, for a much needed eye exam. Mike was great and his staff were a reflection of the solid business they run. He got me an appointment within the same hour and the exam was awesome! Dr Wu, really knows her field! She spent extra time with me to discuss my concerns regarding a past eye injury. That meant a lot.
Optyx are extremely knowledgeable about frames, designs and emerging styles. At no time did I feel pushed into a purchase or a service I did not need.
5 stars without a doubt. I will be a regular going forward.

Dr Mary is so nice and helpful! The people who work with the glasses are also really nice. My whole visit was super pleasant. Highly highly recommend!!!

The person at the front was very pleasant and helpful, I enjoyed speaking with him. The Dr was amazing! She was so helpful, explained everything to me and gave me a recommendation for eye drops that don't have preservatives. It was overall a great experience. (I just wish the office didn't smell like the Morton's next door😁)

It’ s always nice to see Dr. Wu. She always does a good job of checking my eyes every year for my contacts. I always feel I get excellent care for my eyes.

For many years, I’ve put off going to an eye doctor and I couldn’t be happier with this visit. Completely changed my mind, I’ll be doing more frequent check ups here for sure.

My second annual eye exam at Optyx with Dr Wu was as pleasurable as an eye exam can be. She's patient, communicative, and gentle. I'm still waiting on my frames, but my experience choosing those frames with Michael was also a pleasure. He was also patient, listened to my concerns, found me great options based on my needs, and offered advice and opinions as requested.

Their service is poor. They do not listen while in the store, they did not reply to 2 very polite phone messages when I was wishing to speak to the manager. It was a simple issue but no reply. When I went in to pick up my glasses, cleaning was being done, and the sales associate stated she could to hear me yet I could hear her fine. Instead of asking the cleaning agent to stop for a moment so she could hear my complaint, she proceeded to give me my glasses, hesitated on a case and gave me no cleaning cloth. Very disrespectful and rude and I still did not get my issue resolved. I can’t recommend this location as they do not have customer service skills. There is one on Lexington and that is where I wish I had gone.

I made a new frame there, but it is too tight. During the pick up, I did ask the people to tune it cause it feels tight, but the people there refuesed and said it looks fit. Now I cannot stand with it over 30 minutes.

I bought a pair of Lindbergh glasses here, not cheap but I have never received so many compliments on a pair of glasses ever. The staff is very knowledgeable and you don’t fell any pressure. Great selection of classy frames. Service is excellent they’ve made minor repairs and adjustments for free! Fantastic place!!

I went to the store hoping to get my glasses fixed as I had sat on them by accident. The staff was very polite and offered to take a look. Within 10 minutes I had my glasses back cleaned up and functional again. They did it complimentary. Thank you.
